Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Conduct inside-sales outreach and maintain accurate prospect and interaction records in CRM tools.
• Schedule meetings for senior team members and support sales presentations and proposals.
• Research target organizations, communicate the company’s offerings, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with the business development team to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Skills in inside sales, sales, lead generation, and business development, including structured outreach, prospecting, and pipeline building.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with professional email and phone etiquette.
• Relevant sales, account coordination, or client-facing experience; experience in consultancy, social impact, or professional services is ideal.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software, such as spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in behavioral science and social impact; prior UAE market exposure is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required with strong relevant experience.
