Role Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, professional inquiries about visa status and confirm the existence and details of local bank accounts.
- Document responses accurately in secure internal systems and follow data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Update records when staff circumstances change.
- Explain respectfully what information is required and why.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ask sensitive questions clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping and employee information documentation.
- Basic understanding of HR or administrative processes; familiarity with UAE visa, work authorization and payroll procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and comply with data protection and privacy requirements.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
- Comfort managing time and tasks in a hybrid environment.
- HR, administration or customer service experience in legal or professional services is a plus.
- A relevant diploma or degree in business administration, human resources, law or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
