Part-time, hybrid Sales Development Associate role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home.

Identifies and qualifies prospective partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate lead and contact records.
Conduct outreach by email, phone, and virtual meetings; respond to inquiries and support prospective collaborators.
Support sales presentations, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare basic pipeline activity reports.
Work with program staff to align outreach with the program’s mission and objectives.

Strong lead-generation and sales skills, including identifying opportunities and nurturing prospects.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills for professional stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
Foundational sales-management skills, including activity tracking, pipeline organization, and follow-up support.

Experience in educational programs, nonprofit initiatives, or partnership development is beneficial.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with hybrid work are preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

The role is hybrid, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some work-from-home flexibility.
