Overview

The Role

What You'll Do

• Meet clients on-site and at their offices to understand their acoustic needs
• Guide product selection — advising on panel systems, colours, textures, and finishes
• Review architectural drawings and floor plans to scope projects and propose solutions
• Prepare quotations, budgets, and project proposals
• Conduct site measurements with the installation carpenter and plan installation layouts
• Coordinate with our Dubai design and engineering team for custom solutions and technical specs
• Manage project timelines from order through to final installation
• Build and grow a client pipeline across commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors

What We're Looking For

• Saudi national (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, design consultancy, or a client-facing role — ideally in interiors, fit-out, furniture, or building materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and floor plans
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Self-starter who's comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
• Valid Saudi driving licence — this role involves regular travel across Riyadh for client meetings and site visits
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus but not required

• About the Team
• You'll be joining as the first hire in Riyadh.
• A dedicated installation carpenter will follow shortly, and together you'll form the core KSA team.
• All acoustic elements are fabricated at our Dubai facility and shipped directly to project sites — your focus stays on clients, design, and coordination.
• For larger projects, we bring in additional manpower through partner companies.
