Role Description

BDA Real Estate is seeking a full-time Sales Counselor to join our team on-site in Riyadh.

As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for closing sales transactions by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions.

Day-to-day tasks , developing engaging sales pitches, attending training and sales meetings, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Responsible for closing sales transactions.
  • Responsible for CRM data and communication with them.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing and implementing improvements when needed.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities and maintain valuable relationships with key customers.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and annual sales reports that accurately reflect achievements and progress.
  • Coordinate with customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on customer needs and ensure smooth communication.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Off-plan sales is an advantage
  • Strong Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively close deals and meet targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships with clients
  • Highly organized with solid Organization Skills to manage client interactions and sales documentation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
