Job Description

Hira Industries is looking for an organized **Sales Coordinator (Tagalog Speaker)** to support showroom sales operations in Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with showroom sales team to process quotations, LPOs, and sales orders
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Maintain customer records and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order delivery
  • Support inventory tracking and showroom stock updates
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and daily updates
  • Ensure professional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory)
  • **Must Speak Tagalog & English fluently**
  • 2–3 years experience in sales coordination / showroom / customer service preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • **Immediate joiners preferred (Visit or Cancelled Visa)**
  • Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
