THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As our Sales Coordinator, you will tackle lead pipelines, drive membership development and meeting room bookings, manage event-related sales, and follow up across our portfolio of coworking spaces in Texas, the Chicago suburbs, and upcoming in Phoenix. You’re not just selling desk space or event space — you’re building a community. Every lead you close, every tour you schedule, and every event you coordinate helps grow the 25N community, which is our real product. This role is the heartbeat of our sales operation, and the energy you bring sets the tone for the whole team.
This is the perfect spot for someone who thrives on movement, loves a good challenge, and gets a genuine kick out of connecting people with their most joyful workdays. Fast-paced, fun, and full of wins — if that sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
$60,000-70,000 annual salary commensurate with experience
1 week of vacation time after 3 months, 2 weeks of vacation on the 1st & 2nd anniversary, and 3 weeks of vacation time on the 3rd and following anniversaries.
11 paid holidays per year.
5 days of paid sick time per year
2 days of paid volunteer time per year.
Full suite of healthcare benefits (Including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance)
401k Retirement Savings Plan
$1,000 annual stipend for ongoing training, wellness, and education
Endless freshly brewed coffee/tea.
Loads of 25N-branded swag.
…did we mention snacks?
YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE CRUSHING IT IN THIS ROLE WHEN...
You’re developing rapport quickly and easily with our target customers and decision-makers.
Inquiries for events and meeting space reservations are managed with expert care and high-energy professionalism.
The sales pipeline is updated in real time, and leads are consistently followed up on.
You’re closing deals and generating revenue weekly — and reporting those wins to leadership clearly and concisely.
Members and prospective members love talking to you and feel supported by your timely and helpful communication.
The 25N team comes to you for sales support, and you produce results for their leads.
You genuinely enjoy team calls and feel a sense of camaraderie with the entire 25N crew, no matter their department.
You’re illustrating our core values and striving to achieve our community-building mission.
Our leadership team is feeling well-supported by your efforts and able to confidently hand the reins over to you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in sales or business development is required. Additionally, you would describe yourself professionally as…
A “closer” — competitive and motivated by “winning” against competitor companies
Confident, self-assured, improvisational and creative; able to think outside the box and “make it happen”
Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive
Able to address prospects in positions of power with assertiveness, yet able to “read the room” and communicate respectfully
A sociable extrovert: energized by human interaction and genuinely interested in people’s lives
Decisive and willing to “ask for forgiveness” later in favor of making the sale (within reason!)
Skilled at digesting and memorizing information for quick recall, and driving pointed conversations… with literally anyone
Well-spoken and well-written; friendly, intuitive, and empathetic
Optimistic; doesn’t take business matters personally and can move on quickly
Motivated by feedback and willing to review interactions with prospects
Not discouraged by mistakes, failed experiments, or frequent “Nos”
An eager team player who communicates daily with in-space teams and enjoys sharing successes and giving credit where credit is due
Responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable making sales calls and following up on leads
Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus!)
Great at multitasking and managing multiple leads and inquiries simultaneously
