Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Riyadh.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and supporting sales representatives to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires effective communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales processes and supporting sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the chemical or related
