About This Role

Industry: Property Management/Real Estate

We are looking for a **smart, presentable, and organized Sales Coordinator** to join our growing real estate team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have **2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator within a real estate company in Qatar**, with the ability to support the sales team, coordinate client communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in any field
  • Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a real estate company within Qatar**
  • Strong coordination and administrative support skills
  • Ability to manage:
  • Sales documentation
  • Client follow-ups
  • Property listings coordination
  • Viewing schedules and appointments
  • CRM updates and reporting
  • Coordination with agents and clients
  • Must be **presentable and professional**
  • Good **English communication skills** (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in **MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM systems**
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • **Female applicants will be highly preferred**
  • Immediate joiners will be an advantage
