We are looking for a **smart, presentable, and organized Sales Coordinator** to join our growing real estate team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have **2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator within a real estate company in Qatar**, with the ability to support the sales team, coordinate client communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in any field
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a real estate company within Qatar**
- Strong coordination and administrative support skills
- Ability to manage:
- Sales documentation
- Client follow-ups
- Property listings coordination
- Viewing schedules and appointments
- CRM updates and reporting
- Coordination with agents and clients
- Must be **presentable and professional**
- Good **English communication skills** (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in **MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM systems**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- **Female applicants will be highly preferred**
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage

- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Prior exposure to Qatar real estate market processes is preferred
