Sales Coordinator
About This Role
We are hiring an Events Sales coordinator cum Admin to our events services team who can join immediately. As an Events Sales Coordinator you will be Responsible for providing wide range of clerical duties & project coordination.
Working days in a week: 5 (saturday & sunday holiday)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Liaise between events team & client i.e. erection & dismantle details >> date, time, submission of crew & vehicle details.
· Acquiring passes if required by client.
· Opening sales order once PO is received or as per OM's instructions & making a job file.
· Email correspondence with clients (submission of crew & vehicle details, Tax/Proforma Invoices, SOA)
· Liaise with Finance Department related to payments of clients & invoice submissions.
· Requesting for Invoices, SOA, General Ledger & sending it to client to follow up for payment.
· Sending LPO's to supplier & confirm to them the receipt of the LPO.
Requirements:
- Sales Coordination
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Documentation & Organization
- Philippines Nationality is preferred.
