Sales Coordinator (female only)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Manage communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost hotel bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support sales activities.
