Sales Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Digital eMenu products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to match customer needs with product offerings.
• Track market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
• Present and demonstrate products to clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and post-sales handover.
• Maintain a healthy CRM sales pipeline and achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Gather customer feedback for internal product improvements.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and expansion into new segments and regions.

Required experience and skills

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant ecosystem.
• Proven B2B sales and deal-closing experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on CRM and sales pipeline experience.
• Cross-functional experience with sales and product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple products, accounts, and campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Hospitality technology, SaaS, or fintech experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• A self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset is preferred.
