About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Executive Duties:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
Sales Coordinator Duties:
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Maintain and update CRM and client records
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation
- Support the sales team in daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and coordination roles (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree or related field (required)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE market (business setup / consultancy is a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Fluent in English & Hindi
