Sales Coordinator – Inspection, Training & Certification Services
Company Overview
ABCL Safety Consultants is an EIAC-approved ISO 17020 inspection body providing third-party inspection and certification services across the UAE.
We specialize in the inspection of lifting equipment, pressure equipment, access equipment, elevators, escalators, and other industrial machinery.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up quotations for inspection, training, and certification services.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and service scheduling.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with operations and technical departments for service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and management updates.
- Assist in tender submissions and contract documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in inspection, certification, training, or technical services is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience in B2B sales coordination.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of inspection, testing, certification, or HSE training services.
