We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, the sales team, warehouse, and internal departments to deliver efficient and timely sales support.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the assigned Sales Executive.
· Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and related sales documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
· Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, as and when required, to monitor order processing, stock availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
· Provide customers and the sales team with timely updates on order status, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
· Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, pricing, and sales documentation within the ERP system.
· Handle customer inquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex matters to the Sales Manager or relevant departments when necessary.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
· Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives through efficient coordination and communication.
· Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role, preferably within the electrical trading, construction materials, MEP, industrial, or related distribution industry.
· Experience working with ERP systems or accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally, or similar) is preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Familiarity with quotation preparation, order processing, and customer coordination.
