Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to join our team and support the smooth running of our sales operations.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to coordinate orders, prepare commercial documentation, update CRM records, follow up on customer requests, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
You will be the link between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service, helping to keep everything on track and contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets.
Main responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily commercial activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
- Coordinate orders and liaise with internal departments.
- Maintain customer information and sales data updated in the CRM.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth communication flow.
- Assist with sales reports, presentations, and performance tracking.
- What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Good command of English, Arabic will be a plus.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
