Sales Coordinator
Ampsy Consultancy LLC is a growing business services firm committed to delivering high-quality solutions across business setup, and corporate support.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our business development and client service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups with clients.
- Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and client communication.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. (Additional language proficiency is a plus.)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Presentable and professional communication style.
