Role Purpose
The Sales Coordinator is a field-facing, relationship-building role that sits at the heart of our commercial engine.
You will work across B2B partnerships, B2C channels, and sales activations, connecting Light of Sakina to new markets, clients, and opportunities.
This is a hunter role.
You will be proactive, self-starting, and driven by outcomes.
You are comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a room, and making things happen.
A valid UAE driver's license is essential for this role.
You will be on the road regularly; meeting clients, visiting partners, and activating presence across the market.
Who Are We Looking For
- A natural hunter; self-motivated, persistent, and energized by sales
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account coordination
- Confident in B2B outreach; building relationships with partners, retailers, and buyers
- Comfortable with B2C selling; whether in-person activations, events, or digital channels
- Organized and data-conscious. Able to maintain a clean pipeline and report clearly
- A strong communicator; in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Comfortable operating independently with a mobile, field-based work style
- Holder of a valid UAE driver's license. This is non-negotiable Someone who moves fast, follows up consistently, and does not wait to be told twice.
B2b - Partnerships & Trade
- :
- Identify, approach, and develop new B2B partner and retail accounts
- Support onboarding of new trade partners; product knowledge, pricing, and positioning
- Maintain and grow existing partner relationships with regular check-ins and follow-ups
- Coordinate partner orders, stock visibility, and sell-through performance
- Support B2B proposal preparation and commercial documentation
B2c - Direct Sales & Activations
- Drive direct consumer sales through field-based activations, pop-ups, and events
- Represent the brand in the market; product knowledge and storytelling are central to this
- Identify B2C opportunities across the UAE market and feed insights back to the team
- Support e-commerce alignment, flagging field insights that impact online performance
Sales Partnership & Market Presence
- Assist in executing go-to-market plans for new channels and partners
- Conduct market visits, competitor checks, and brand presence audits
- Feed intelligence on pricing, trends, and competitor activity back to the Sales Lead
- Support regional outreach and activation planning
Pipeline & Coordination
- Maintain CRM with accurate, up-to-date records of all leads and interactions
- Track pipeline progress and flag blockers or opportunities proactively
- Prepare weekly activity updates and sales progress summaries
- Coordinate internally with the Sales Lead, Marketing, and Operations as needed
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of new B2B partner prospects contacted per month
- B2B pipeline volume and conversion rate
- B2C revenue contribution through activations and field sales
- CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Market visits completed and intelligence reports submitted
- Partner satisfaction and repeat engagement
