Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success & Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, adaptable, and skilled at understanding client needs and coordinating solutions efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate sales-related activities and assist with customer onboarding and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and updates.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Comfortable working in both IST and EST shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is preferred.
Experience
0 to 1+ years (Relevant experience in sales or client coordination is preferred)
