Responsibilities
Responsibility and Authority :- 1- Supports the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as the annual targets and operates with management and clients to determine business requirements; 2- Channels in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, external distributors, representatives and agents; 3- Resolves all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction; 4- Communicates with regional and international sales team for status or order and position of sales; 5- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales analysis; 6- Updates the status of sales order in the database system;
Qualification
Minimum Desired Educational Qualification, Experience :- A- Bachelor''''s degree with 0 to 2 years experience.
B- Diploma degree with 3 to 4 years experience.
C- High school with 5 to 6 years experience.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Required Skill, Training:- A- Good planning and organizational skills.
B- Good spoken and written communication skills.
C- Confidence in using computer packages such as spreadsheets and databases.
D- The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
