Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator / Administrator role based in Dubai.
- The individual in this role will provide support for the following:
- Office Management, operations & procurement.
- Prospecting & lead generation
- Following up on leads, preparing basic reports
- Ensuring accurate data entry in CRM or sales systems
- **Maintaining complete Documentation**
- **Quotation & order tracking**
- **HR coordination (attendance, leave, onboarding).**
- **Vendor coordination (non-sales).**
- **Asset management (IT, demo units).**
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with sales presentations and proposals
- Coordination and ensuring smooth process between sales, admin & finance
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years UAE experience.
- Excellent Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Experience supporting sales team.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage quotations, order processing, and administrative functions.
