-Coordinate with the sales team for sending quotations, sample making, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
-Coordinate with production and sales team for solving customer complaint and give after-sales support when requested.
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness by coordinating with delivery in-charge.
-Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems
