Sales Coordinator
Innovative Technical Supplies LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will support the sales process by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Enter and maintain customer and sales data in the company system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in trading, industrial supplies, or construction materials is an advantage.
Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
Pay: AED1,885.25 - AED5,390.37 per month
