Sales Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage online business platforms and respond to incoming sales inquiries.
• Use tele-calling, follow-ups, and email to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities.
• Coordinate lead assignment and progress with the sales team through closure.
• Maintain lead tracking records, sales MIS reports, call logs, and inquiry summaries.
• Assist with quotations, pricing coordination, documentation, and order processing.
• Maintain client, vendor, and inquiry databases.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with operations, logistics, and accounts.
• Compile sales data, customer feedback, and market information.
• Update customers on proposals, order status, and post-sales coordination.

Requirements

• Experience in sales coordination and inquiry handling; 1–3 years stated.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• English and Hindi; a regional language is an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and data-management abilities.

Compensation

• Salary stated as ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month; an earlier line states a minimum of 20K with no upper bar for the right candidate.
