Sales Coordination

About This Role

Job Description:

Acknowledge all client RFQs in MEA & APAC from the regional sales email

• Create Opportunity ID in CRM and update documents/SharePoint
• Assign RFQs to the sourcing team in coordination with sales managers
• Acknowledge all client POs/contracts from the regional sales email
• Initiate quote revalidation process in CRM
• Share order confirmation updates with sourcing team and sales email
• Review quotes/contracts for compliance before conversion
• Create and update orders in CRM with all required details
• Support sales manager in order review and submission to operations
• Send Sales Order (SO) confirmation to clients after processing
• Prepare and submit weekly work reports to the reporting manager
• Continuously learn system and sales processes to support the team
• Ensure all client emails are responded to within 24 hours
• Inform sales team in case of absence or inability to respond
• Handle work during extended hours when required
• Create Teams groups to keep stakeholders updated
• Conduct cold calls for feedback and new RFQs; record interactions in CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ERP System : 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales Coordination : 3 years (Preferred)
