Full-time, on-site Sales Consultant – Immigration role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role engages prospective clients, assesses immigration goals, and recommends suitable visa and residency pathways.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, explain services, prepare proposals, and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into client relationships.
- Work with immigration advisors to provide clients accurate information and realistic expectations, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records, track sales performance, and contribute to outreach through events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales consulting and consulting skills for assessing client needs and proposing immigration solutions.
- Strong customer-service orientation, ability to build trust and long-term relationships, and excellent client-facing verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with targets, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or similar tools to track leads and opportunities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in immigration, visa services, or related professional-services sales is highly beneficial.
- Additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
