Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Consultant will engage potential and existing clients, understanding their wellness goals and recommending suitable services and treatment plans.

Daily activities include conducting consultations, providing product and service information, preparing tailored proposals or packages, and following up to support client decision-making.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with clinical and front-desk teams to ensure smooth client journeys, and actively seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell appropriate services.

The Sales Consultant will work towards individual and team sales targets while representing Aionis with a consultative, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate wellness and aesthetic solutions.
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear explanation of services, and professional presentation.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a related service-oriented industry is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools and following structured sales processes.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical, client-first practices.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, including flexible hours, evenings, or weekends as needed.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
