The role advises prospective clients on immigration needs and presents appropriate services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct consultations, explain processes and service packages, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with immigration consultants and operations teams.
- Support client satisfaction, promotional activities, and information sessions.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated client consultation, needs assessment, and solution-based selling skills in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and manage expectations across cultures.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to explain complex processes; exposure to immigration, legal, or professional advisory services is desirable.
- Organization, time management, documentation accuracy, and ability to prioritize multiple inquiries in a target-driven environment.
- English proficiency; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior sales, customer service, or consulting experience; immigration or overseas education experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
