MCFlix is a Dubai-based marketing and production agency specializing in end-to-end advertising, video production, and content services.

We work with high-growth clients across three core verticals: **Real Estate**, **Clinics & Wellness**, and **Fashion**.

Our proprietary marketing automation system and CRM generate qualified leads daily your job is to convert them.

The Role

We're hiring a **Sales Closer** to own the final mile: converting warm inbound leads into closed deals.

You won't be prospecting or cold calling—MCFlix's marketing machine brings you pre-qualified clients ready to meet.

Your focus is purely on understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Close sales conversations** with pre-qualified leads delivered by our marketing automation and campaign systems
  • **Conduct discovery calls** to understand client pain points and recommend the right service package
  • **Present solutions** confidently—whether our advertising packages (LAUNCH, SCALE, DOMINATE), CRM automation suites, or production services
  • **Handle objections** professionally and move prospects toward commitment
  • **Meet or exceed** monthly sales targets and commission thresholds
  • **Maintain client relationships** through the handoff to delivery teams
  • **Track and report** on pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progress via HubSpot CRM

Required

  • Foundational understanding of marketing, digital advertising, or sales (no 10 years needed—basics matter)
  • Strong closing ability: comfort with direct asks, overcoming objections, and sealing deals
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and professional
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote setting
  • Reliability: you show up, you deliver, you're in it for the long haul
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (we use HubSpot)
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in SaaS, agency services, or B2B sales
  • Background in digital marketing or advertising
  • Exposure to Meta Ads, automation platforms, or marketing tech

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1: Ramped up, familiar with our service offerings, closing 2–3 deals
  • Month 3: Consistent 5–8 deals/month, strong close rate, clear understanding of each vertical
  • Month 6: Optimized process, trusted advisor to clients, exceeding targets, building long-term pipeline
