Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Closer

who can confidently convert qualified leads into paying clients.

This is not a presentation-only role.

We need someone who know how to close the sales, can build trust quickly, identify client pain points, and be a quick learner.

The ideal candidate is polished, persuasive, ethical, and familiar with the accounting and tax advisory industry.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for potentially finding and speaking with qualified prospects, leading sales conversations, following up strategically, and closing new clients for Noura’s Books.

You should be able to guide prospects from interest to signed engagement without sounding pushy, scripted, or overly sales-driven.

This is a

commission-based role

with strong earning potential tied directly to closed sales.

For highly qualified candidates with a proven closing track record, compensation structure can be discussed based on experience, performance history, and role fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly learn and understand Noura’s Books’ business model, service offerings, pricing structure, client profile, and sales process in order to confidently position the firm’s services during sales conversations.
  • Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects interested in tax advisory, bookkeeping, and related services.
  • Understand the prospect’s tax, financial, and business concerns and position the appropriate service solution.
  • Confidently explain the value of proactive tax advisory and year-round financial support.
  • Handle objections related to price, timing, urgency, trust, and decision-making.
  • Follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
  • Close new client engagements and coordinate next steps with the internal team.
  • Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve scripts, offers, sales process, and conversion rates.
  • Represent the firm professionally and ethically in every client interaction.
  • Complete a structured training process and participate in coaching sessions with the CEO to fully understand the firm’s business model, tax advisory services, ideal client profile, pricing, and sales approach.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong ability to close, not just present information. In other words, proven experience with Closings and Deal Closure, with the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and address client needs clearly and professionally.
  • Background in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within tax advisory, financial services, or professional services.
  • Confident phone and Zoom presence.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to track leads and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with business owners and professionals.
  • Comfortable discussing service fees and helping prospects make a buying decision.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM habits.
  • Professional, polished, and consultative communication style.
  • Ability to sell without sounding aggressive, scripted, or overly “salesy.”
  • Understanding of tax advisory, bookkeeping, or financial services is a strong plus.
  • Experience selling to small business owners is preferred.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are someone who knows how to lead a sales conversation.

You can listen carefully, identify what the client actually needs, connect that need to the right service, and confidently ask for the close.

You are not dependent on long presentations to make a sale.

You know how to create urgency, communicate value, and help prospects take action in a way that feels natural and professional.

Maintain availability during US Central Time business hours to support prospect calls, follow-ups, internal meetings, and sales-related activities.

Compensation

This is a

performance-based sales role

with commission tied to closed revenue.

Compensation will be structured to reward strong closing performance, quality client fit, and consistent follow-through.

For candidates with a strong and verifiable track record in closing professional service sales, additional compensation structure may be discussed in the future.

Location

This is a remote position.

Candidates who have strong experience selling professional services in the U.S. market will be considered for this role.

To Apply

  • Please submit your resume along with a brief note sharing:
  • Your sales closing experience.
  • The types of services or industries you have sold.
  • Your average close rate, if available.
  • The size of deals you have closed.
  • Why do you believe you would be a strong fit for a tax advisory sales role?
