Key responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and support clients; build relationships to improve engagement and retention.
- Follow up with clients and reactivate inactive or dormant accounts.
- Assist with account setup, trading platforms, and platform questions; provide company-approved product information.
- Handle general enquiries and escalate withdrawals, payments, complaints, and sensitive matters.
- Maintain CRM records and meet sales, conversion, and retention targets.
- Follow company policy and applicable KYC, AML/CFT, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Forex, CFD, online trading, or brokerage experience.
- Forex/CFD sales, client retention, account management, or business development experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Forex/CFD products, financial markets, and online trading environments.
- Experience with MT5, cTrader, or another relevant trading platform and with CRM systems.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills; able to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic and/or Russian, UAE experience, regulated brokerage experience, and retention/reactivation knowledge are preferred.
