Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work from home.
The role develops new business, maintains client relationships, and promotes exhibition, events, interior design, and printing services.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
- Track performance against targets.
- Conduct market research and manage customer inquiries.
- Support client meetings and site visits.
- Contribute to training initiatives for sales practices and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Proven sales experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing is required.
- A background in sales management or sales activity coordination is required.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and promotional activities is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is required.
- Independent and collaborative work ability, organization, and time management are required.
- Sales training experience is an advantage.
- Events, exhibitions, or related industry familiarity, preferably in the UAE or GCC, is preferred.
- A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
