Overview
An emerging and fast-growing courier company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Sales & Business Development Manager* to join our team.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Courier and Logistics
✅ Strong understanding of courier services, pricing structures, and logistics operations
✅ Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✅ Good knowledge of the UAE market
✅ UAE Driving License preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
