Full-time sales and business development role in the non-alcoholic beverage division, focused on premium hospitality, events, and retail markets in Dubai.
The role prioritizes long-term, high-value client relationships and premium brand positioning over high-volume distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop premium HORECA accounts, including hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, event venues, and selected retail outlets.
- Identify new opportunities and grow sales, brand visibility, and market presence in targeted segments.
- Build client relationships, present the beverage portfolio, conduct sales meetings, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven sales, business development, or key account management experience, preferably in beverage, hospitality, or HORECA.
- Experience with premium accounts such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, weddings, events, and supermarkets.
- Strong knowledge of premium non-alcoholic beverages, product positioning, and relationship-based sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to develop long-term client relationships and work independently.
- UAE hospitality and beverage market knowledge is an advantage; existing relevant business relationships are encouraged.
Pay
- AED 3,500–7,000 per month.
