Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our BTL Agency in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and bringing clients for services such as in-store promotions, merchandising, brand activation, and other below-the-line marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in FMCG, retail, and related sectors

Generate new business leads for merchandising, in-store promotions, and activation projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and decision-makers

Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for project execution

Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth

Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development / sales, preferably in BTL, merchandising, or FMCG services

Strong network in the Saudi FMCG / retail industry (5 years experience)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic-English)

Ability to generate leads and close deals independently

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation

• Strong skills in Communication and Account Management

• Knowledge of business principles and strategies

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field**
