We are a fast-growing **360° Marketing Agency** based in Dubai, offering services in influencer marketing, digital advertising, PR, social media management, and brand activations.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our team and drive new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across UAE market
- Conduct cold calls, outreach, and client meetings
- Pitch marketing services (digital, influencer, PR, events, OOH, etc.)
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development (marketing/agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in pitching and closing deals
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
