Overview

We are an established accounting, tax, and consultancy firm, dedicated to supporting SMEs and startups with high-quality, client-focused services.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our team and play a vital role in business development.

Job Responsibilities

Actively visit small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE to promote our accounting, tax, and consultancy services.
Conduct daily outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, cold calls, and follow-ups.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report on market trends and client feedback to support strategic decisions.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting/ banking/ consulting services.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
