Overview
A well-established and fast-growing Prop-Tech platform in the UAE real estate sector is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join its expanding team.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing partnerships with real estate agencies and developers.
This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for results.
Key Responsibilities
** **Generate new leads and business opportunities in the real estate sector (B2B Sales).
Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value.
Build and maintain client relationships for long-term success.
Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from the field to help refine product and strategy.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
2+ years of sales or business development experience (real estate/tech preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
