Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated **Sales and Business Development Executive** to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, preparing quotations, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
And ensuring successful conversion of quotations into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
