Ahlan Dubai / Ahlan Media is hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive in Dubai, UAE.
The employer seeks a sales professional with experience in media, marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Pitch media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising solutions.
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships and explore long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in sales or business development within media, marketing, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of the UAE media and marketing landscape.
- Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Networking ability and existing UAE industry connections are advantageous.
- Self-motivation, target focus, and passion for sales.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–10,000 per month; salary is based on experience.
- Performance-based commissions and incentives are offered.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
