Role Description
- We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team and drive growth within the architecture and interior design community.
- This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on relationship-building and has a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and luxury finishes.
- You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building lasting partnerships with designers, architects, contractors, and developers, and converting opportunities into meaningful mosaic commissions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities across the UAE, with a strong focus on the design and architecture sector.
- Proactively schedule and attend meetings with leading architectural and interior design firms.
- Present MEC’s product range in a compelling, tailored way that aligns with client projects.
- Serve as a key liaison between the client and internal design team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up diligently to ensure conversions.
- Attend site visits, design presentations, and industry networking events to promote MEC’s work.
- Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (essential).
- Strong understanding of luxury interiors, architectural finishes, or design products.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the design, furniture, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport with high-value clients and work independently in a target-driven environment.
- A natural passion for art, design, or architecture.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with architects, designers, or premium real estate firms.
