Najoom Corporate Services is a trusted business setup consultancy helping clients establish and expand their companies in the UAE. From Free Zone to Mainland, E-commerce to Golden Visa, we provide end-to-end services including trade licensing, visa support, corporate banking assistance, and ongoing compliance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated Sales / Business Advisors to join our team in Dubai.

Role Overview

As a Sales / Business Advisor, you will act as a strategic consultant for entrepreneurs and investors. You will guide clients through the complete UAE company formation process, from initial consultation to trade license issuance, while driving revenue through qualified lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultative sales meetings and advise clients on the most suitable and compliant business structures (Mainland vs Free Zone).

Identify, manage, and convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed clients.

Provide clear guidance on company formation, trade licensing, and visa options.

maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations for AFZA, ANCFZ, RAKEZ, DMCC, IFZA, DDA, Meydan, Shams, and Dubai Mainland

Build and manage a pipeline of entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.

Coordinate with PRO and Operations teams to ensure accurate processing of legal documents, MOAs, and lease agreements.

Stay updated on government fees, visa regulations, and Golden Visa developments to provide accurate information to clients.

Maintain regular client follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Services You Will Advise On

Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.

Trade license issuance and renewals.

Investor and employee visa services, including Golden Visa advisory.

Corporate PRO, compliance, and amendment services.

Corporate banking assistance.

Requirements

Experience in sales or business advisory within UAE corporate services or business setup.

Strong understanding of UAE company formation and licensing processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
