The Sales & Broker Manager will lead, manage, and grow our real estate sales team and broker network.
This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, recruiting and developing brokers and agents, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently met in alignment with our company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team and external brokers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, incentives, and commission structures.
- Manage broker relationships, including performance tracking and support.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and closing ratios.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
