The role focuses on winning new customer locations across Dubai, with opportunities to support expansion into Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on, field-based position with at least half of working time spent visiting prospective customers.
Sales responsibilities
- Visit prospective customers, follow up warm leads, and create new opportunities by approaching businesses in person and by phone.
- Build relationships with receptionists, office managers, and business owners.
- Own the sales pipeline and contribute directly to company growth against clear sales goals.
- Customer visits and calls take place during business hours.
Experience and skills
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience; B2B field sales, workplace services, hospitality, foodservice, or commercial property experience is ideal.
- At least 3 years living in Dubai and a strong understanding of the local market.
- Excellent spoken and written English, confidence, warmth, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Disciplined CRM updates, thoughtful follow-up, and strong research skills.
- Confidence using AI tools and sales platforms such as Apollo and Mailchimp.
- Own vehicle and valid UAE driving licence.
Compensation
- Potential total monthly earnings are AED 12,000 to AED 20,000 depending on results; variable commission means this range is not guaranteed.
- Compensation is described as fixed plus variable and geared toward outcomes.
