We are currently hiring smart, confident, and professional Sales Associates / Telesales Executives for our client.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling a UK customer base, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, following up with leads, understanding customer needs, explaining services clearly, negotiating professionally, and converting leads into confirmed sales.
Key Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven telesales experience
- Excellent spoken English and strong customer communication skills
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Good time management and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven personality
- We are looking for candidates who are smart, sharp, confident, professional, and quick learners.
- The ideal candidate should be able to build trust with UK customers and close sales without sounding aggressive or unprofessional.
