Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them select suitable products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions, and available offers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales performance.
- Maintain displays, arrange merchandise, and ensure proper product presentation.
- Replenish shelves and monitor product availability.
- Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization and comply with company standards.
- Monitor stock and report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and store management instructions.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication, customer service, and selling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively within a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer focus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
- Valid authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
