The Sales Associate sells Rentokil Boecker services and products through prospecting, relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy to achieve monthly targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
- Prospect for clients and business opportunities; deliver sales presentations and explain service benefits.
- Survey premises when needed to estimate technical requirements and pricing.
- Create client offers and present new products and services to existing clients.
- Build client relationships through planned calls and visits; respond to requests and coordinate follow-up.
- Educate clients on how to gain value from services.
- Prepare detailed offers, follow them through to contract, provide after-sales follow-up, and handle renewals.
- Communicate sales and renewals to Operations; maintain accurate client data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing or B2B selling in relevant markets.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Knowledge of reporting and monitoring, strong attention to detail, and effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
