Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Associate** with experience in the automotive industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting automotive products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, auto parts, or automotive services based on their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct product presentations and customer consultations
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
- Achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
- Stay updated on automotive products, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years experience in automotive sales** (cars, auto parts, automotive services, or related field)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience preferred
Experience Required
✅ At least **1 year automotive industry experience**
✅ Proven sales background preferred
