Sales Associate responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and assisting with food service.
Your role
is vital in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with attention to quality and presentation.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate, barista or waiter.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
