Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Jeddah in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales Associate will engage potential and existing clients, introduce them to Lead With Values’ programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The role involves preparing and delivering value-based presentations, coordinating with coaching and program teams, and providing feedback from the market to refine offerings.

The Sales Associate is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, meet sales targets ethically, and represent the organization’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
  • Experience with pipeline management, lead follow-up, and use of CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, with strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, coaching, or personal development; prior experience in education, training, or startup ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for local client engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Commitment to ethical, values-led selling and to supporting diverse individuals on their entrepreneurial journey.
